About

Riverside Academy is an Alternative Learning Center in the Cambridge-Isanti School district serving students in our community and several surrounding communities. 

The student-centered environment offers an advisory system, research-based intervention strategies, flexible scheduling, and community and work-based learning and career planning. For many students who have struggled in the more traditional setting, we build strong relationships, inspire confidence and aid students in earning their high school diplomas. 

Located at our Woodland Campus (est. 2020), Riverside Academy offers middle and high school students access to on-site support resources for chemical, economic, emotional, and mental health needs. 

Riverside Academy provides high school credit recovery in the evenings and summer months. Other extended day opportunities (Targeted Services) are also available.
