It is the policy of the Riverside Academy Program not to discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, status with regard to public assistance or disability in its educational programs, activities, or employment policies. It is the intent of the Riverside Academy to ensure that students who are handicapped within the definitions of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 are identified, evaluated, and provided with appropriate educational services.
